Are Calamigos Dry Goods products Made in the USA?
Yes. All our products are developed at our R&D facility in Malibu and manufactured in Los Angeles. Each order is under our care throughout every stage of production, resulting in consistent quality control.
Where do the yarns come from?
We source only the finest, sustainably manufactured Pima cotton and Merino wool, as well as up-cycled, recycled and recyclable fibers, from around the world.
How often are new styles added?
We’re the opposite of “fast fashion,” meaning we only launch a style once we’ve perfected it, and it continues to live in our collection. We do like to keep things fresh so we also introduce new silhouettes periodically.
How do I wash and care for my Calamigos Dry Goods products?
Our products are easy-care and machine-washable. Please check the care label for proper washing instructions.
What does “custom knitwear” mean?
Our 3D knitting machines create your piece just for you. Once you upload your personalized design into the Customizer, the data transfers to our knitting machines, which manipulate the yarn to create the design right into the piece.
How do I know what size I am?
You can find a size guide on all product pages. Click “size guide” and a popup window will appear with all sweater measurements.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Where do I apply a promotional or discount code to my order?
You can apply your discount code in the shopping cart after entering your payment information. Under the order summary window, you will see a placeholder titled “Add a discount code or gift card”.
How can I check my order status?
If a valid email address is provided at the time you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation followed by a shipping notification that includes tracking information for your package. We will also keep you updated on your order’s progress and estimated delivery date.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. We process orders Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orders placed after 6 p.m. P.T. will be processed the following day, excluding weekends.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once an order has been processed it is sent to our knit technicians and placed into the production queue. It cannot be changed or canceled.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you place an order, there is a 10-14 day lead time after the order is processed. We will also keep you updated on your order’s progress and estimated delivery date.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer Free shipping for all orders, regardless of order amount.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Click the tracking link or enter the tracking number to the specific carrier website.
What is the return policy?
We do not offer refunds for custom orders, but if for whatever reason you aren’t happy with your product, just send it back to us in its original packaging and we will do our best to fix it or we can replace it. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your garment and we will make it right. .
How do I change my password?
To change your password, go to the account tab and select the “Forgot my password?” button. Enter the email associated with your account and you’ll be sent an email with a link to update or change your current password. If you do not receive a password reset email, check your spam or junk folders. If you still don’t receive the email, please contact us.
How do I sign up for an account?
To sign up for an account, please visit our “Login” page from the sidebar. From there, click the “Sign up” button. You will then be redirected to the “Create an account” page.
